To access our AI content generation services, you must first create an account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any actions or activities carried out under your account.

2. AI Generations

Free Generations

Upon registration, you will receive a limited number of free generations. These free generations are provided at our discretion and may be subject to change.

AI Generation Models

We offer various AI generation models, each requiring a specific number of generations to create content. The available models and their requirements are as follows:

• AI Chat Assistant: 1 generation per interaction

• Image Generation: 14 generations per image

• Video Generation: 20 generations per video

• Music Generation: 11 generations per music piece

• Speech Generation: 13 generations per speech piece

• Code Generation: 5 generations per code snippet

Users start with 20 free generations upon registration. For example, a user can generate 1 image, or generate a music piece.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

• Distributing harmful or malicious software

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content generated through our platform is the sole property of the user who creates it. BOOSTING ENERGY LTD does not claim any ownership rights over the generated content. You retain full rights to use, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from the content you produce. The Company merely provides the tools and platform for generation and does not require or assume any rights to your creations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability
